Craft Assistant

Job Description:

Working in an OOH planning & buying team, build knowledge and understanding of OOH formats and technology, as well as all company tools and systems.

Working with the team to ensure all planning and buying for allocated briefs and any specified clients follows the Planning & Buying (P&B) framework and is delivered efficiently and at a consistently high standard.

It is important to have curiosity, a thirst to learn, and a desire to throw yourself into new challenges.

For all core skills training will be provided to enable you to fulfil the following role as you grow into the team and the industry.

Key Responsibilities

PLANNING Responsibility for:

  • Providing information and plans to allocated clients and/or brief requests.
  • Providing all responses on the specified plan template and within agreed deadlines (PowerPoint when requested).
  • Incorporating Planner/Route audience delivery information wherever possible.
  • Pricing all plans in line with OOH pricing strategy
  • Ensuring relevant campaigns adhere to KPIs and guarantees (when applicable)
  • Incorporating Liveposter into all relevant DOOH campaigns

BUYING Responsibility for:

  • Ensuring the correct booking process has been adhered to (Client PO received, costs confirmed with Media Owners etc)
  • Media detail information is accurately loaded onto ECOS in a timely fashion to enable activation and performance reporting.
  • Ensure any achieved 'value' is correctly accounted for on ECOS and included in the appropriate CPA.
  • Production costs (MPL and non MPL) are included against relevant campaign budgets.
  • Completing all campaign details on ECOS accurately and timely.
  • Ensuring added value and all audit data/information is correctly accounted for on ECOS (where applicable) and is included in the appropriate Post Campaign Analysis (PCA).

Key Competencies

Good communication skills with the ability to identify and highlight any issues or opportunities.

Able to build positive day to day working relationships with media owner partners and internal stakeholders in Planning and Buying.

Good project management skills to manage and prioritise varying volumes of work.

Negotiation skills to ensure pricing guidelines are adhered to.

Excellent administration skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pro-active and willing to build OOH and digital knowledge.
