Job Title: Country Director - Telecoms - Ireland

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

The role of Country Director -Telecoms is important to us. You will be responsible for the performance of the P&L and running the Telecoms business. We would love to welcome you to our Belfast office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will be...

  • Managing the key metrics of the telecoms business: volume, gross margin, contribution, and customer growth.
  • Driving the sales growth and new customer acquisition strategy which is critical for the ongoing growth of the business.
  • Leading the Account Management and Customer Services Teams supporting our customers
  • Overall responsibility for the weekly pricing strategy to the customer base, balancing volume growth and margin targets.
  • Recruiting and developing a country team split across our three sites in Ireland.
  • Accountability for supplier relationships that are critical to our business success.
  • Driving cross sell into the fuel customer base through supporting data enrichment activities and referrals into the other divisions: telematics, fuel, insurance, e-mobility, vehicle solutions.

What do we expect of you?

  • Highly experienced and proven leader in a multi-site operation with a significant P&L to manage.
  • Demonstrable experience running high volume, B2B sales operation businesses with a real focus on daily and weekly performance.
  • Capability to make decisions quickly, execute to a high standard and be able to articulate resulting performance.
  • Create a diverse and inclusive culture that focuses on reward, recognition, and retention of staff.
  • The ability to travel between sites, show visible leadership and motivate the teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to cater to the demands of working in an entrepreneurial business.
