Job Description

The Corporate Social Media Manager oversees the planning and execution of Nokia's owned and earned corporate social media channels contributing to our ongoing brand and company transformation. The role is responsible for managing our narrative and reputation as well as ensures our positioning is relevant and engaging. The position reports to the Head of Corporate Social Media.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will

• Assist with and implement corporate social media strategies driving transformation and engagement.

• Proactively own the day-to-day management of our social media presence including corporate and brand campaigns, community management, news and engagement through plans and social-first content calendars that are shared and aligned.

• Continuously analyze and improve reputation and engagement in social media through collecting and actioning feedback, data and insights.

• Support with brand and executive crisis management and online presence protection.

Your skills and experience

• Excellent understanding of marketing and social media concepts and how to utilize these to deliver brand and company value.

• Proficiency in social media planning, execution and reporting/analytics platforms and tools.

• Fluent writing and communication skills in English, Finnish proficiency is a plus.

• Strong social media experience in a large international B2B enterprise is a plus.

• Strategic and analytical mindset together with a passionate, proactive, hands-on way of working.

• High ethical standards; able to manage confidential information and projects.

• Ability to manage and work collaboratively with a diverse group of executives, employees and partners and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once with a bias for action.

• Fast paced and flexible, able to work effectively in a rapidly changing, intensive and virtual environment across time zones.

May at times be required to negotiate regarding operational issues.Has cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset

Knowledge & Experience

Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
