THE ROLE
As a Sales Manager - Corporate and Enterainment you will maximise corporate revenue opportunities for Nobu Portman Square
- Manage a portfolio of Corporate and Entertainment accounts.
- Identifying need periods and adapting strategy and promotional campaigns accordingly.
- Develop beneficial relationships with industry partners, such as airlines, DMC's, etc.
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities, acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals and contracts for clients.
- Work towards agreed daily, monthly and annual sales KPI's.
- To ensure that Delphi system is updated on regular and timely basis.
- Undertake sales trips within territory as required and determined by annual marketing plan and in line with travel budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and escort and host famtrips as required.
- Attend trade show and events locally and internationally as defined on market segment action plan as per travel plan.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
EXPERIENCE
- Proactive sales management within the hotel industry essential
