Corporate Fundraising Manager

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

Are you looking for a role within an organisation where the work you do makes a real difference to people's lives? Are you looking to develop your fundraising experience with a sector-leading team? If the answer is yes then our Corporate Fundraising Manager role could be for you.

We are looking for a talented Corporate Fundraising Manager to join the Northern Ireland team to help us:

  • deliver a portfolio of exciting corporate partnerships
  • identify and secure new business
  • supporting the work of the wider NI team

This role is based in the NI Community Fundraising team. A team with a track record of working with some of the largest and most dynamic businesses across NI.

We have delivered strategic partnerships, commercial activity, and all sizes of charity of the year programmes.

We are incredibly passionate and committed to invest in and help individuals to achieve their career goals and aspirations, as we place that at the very heart of our team ethos. Previous members of the team have gone on to senior leadership positions within the NSPCC and led teams at other well-known charities.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • well-developed business acumen and experience of working with one or more commercial sectors.
  • experience and success in developing relationships in order to achieve results within a fundraising, sales or marketing environment
  • experience of delivering strategic plans, budget management and generating new business.

Are you?

  • committed to maximising income generation and have a proven track record of delivery against high targets
  • organised, ambitious, commercial, tenacious and ready for a challenge

Ideally the candidate will live within 1 hour travel time to Belfast as the role requires frequent face to face meetings with supporters and local community fundraising team.

Whilst the role is primarily home based, there is an expectation for the successful candidate to travel freely across NI (travel expensed), plus occasionally travel to other parts of the UK for team meetings, training and to support the wider Regional Corporate Partnerships team.

In return, we can offer a flexible working arrangement to ensure a healthy work/life balance. The successful candidate may wish to work from their local NSPCC hub from time to time or may have individual circumstances that can be discussed at interview.

We also offer a variety of benefits including 29 days annual leave + bank holidays increasing to 32 days after 5 years' service, employee benefits and assistance programme, generous matched pension, and life assurance schemes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's leading children's charity and work alongside a friendly, passionate and dedicated team. If you share our passion about the impact you can create for children, we'd love to hear from you.
