Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager at the Senior Manager level to join our team in the delivery of a large-scale project for KPMG Delivery Network (KDN). This is a critical role that will wide range of skills and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate should have experience in and expect to perform activities from project management fundamentals to thought leadership.

How you will make your mark

- Project Management including meeting management and workstream coordination

- Overall management of deliverable timing and budget

- Development and maintenance the comprehensive project plan.

- Management and coordination of the project team members, including SMEs, and other stakeholders

- Identify and highlight/mitigate project risks and issues

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project team members

- Participate in shaping the future state of the project:

- Confirm diligence

- Identifying synergies

- Development and support of day 1 readiness

- Coordination with KDN Transition Team to ensure stability and continuity post day 1

- Challenge status quo for target operating model and provide experienced insights into pitfalls and opportunitues

This is the job for you if you have

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field

- Relevant years experience in M&A and Strategy supporting clients through the acquisition lifecycle

- Hands-on overall project management, with a proven track record of success

- Experience in the transaction domain within Deal Advisory is required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
