Salary: GBP 35,000 and uncapped OTE of GBP 65,000 plus company car

Hours: 0830 - 1730 Monday - Friday

Your Role

As a Corporate Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in this exciting transformation. You will be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Support: Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials to support business development efforts.
  • Networking: Attending industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to promote the Vines brand and expand our corporate client base.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Group Corporate Sales Manager and other team members to implement strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities and providing regular updates to the management team.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months previous experience in business to business sales within the automotive sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
