The opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven SEO Manager to join our team of performance marketing and eCommerce specialists. Our ideal candidate would be a proactive problem solver who is comfortable thinking on their feet and taking ownership of projects from day one. The role is fast paced and offers a blend of creativity and analytical skills across different areas, so no day is the same.

The role is client facing and would suit someone who is great at building relationships and rapport, and comfortable communicating and presenting.

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership across SEO projects across European markets, ensuring they are contributing to successful client results
  • Analysing campaign performance using tools such as the Google Suite, SEMrush and seoClarity.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop our SEO activity via keyword and market research
  • Creating SEO strategies and writing SEO optimised content
  • Performing technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog and OnCrawl
  • Developing written and PowerPoint reports and presentations to showcase our work and results to clients
  • Acting as a daily point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress and recommendations.

What we're looking for:

  • SEO Expert: Deep understanding of the principles and techniques SEO and online marketing, with proven success in the industry
  • Technically minded: Able to run and implement fixes on complex technical SEO audits
  • Confident writer: Ideally with proven experience
  • Data focused: Comfortable analysing data and drawing logical recommendations, rooting all recommendations in data and insight
  • Organised: With many projects running in parallel, you'll need to be able to deliver against tasks, and have experience of keeping projects on track and clients and team members up to date
  • Personable: Enjoys working with others, and will be happy to communicate with clients daily
  • Driven: Keen to take on ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement with a willingness to progress quickly, take on responsibility and climb the career ladder within Iris
