About The Role
The role
Weare seeking an experienced Associate / Senior Associate with a proven trackrecord in M&A to join our Corporate Team in the Nottingham Office. This isa fantastic opportunity to join our busy Nottingham Corporate Team working on awide range of private equity and M&A transactions. Thesuccessful candidate will also gain exposure across our National Corporate Unitand be given the opportunity to assist the wider national team on a variety ofM&A, capital markets, cross border transactions & investments,investment acquisitions, corporate structuring projects and private equity (toname a few) corporate transactions.

Witha team of 70 corporate lawyers nationally, we advise clients on all types ofcorporate activity across the UK. InNottingham, you'll join a collaborative team within the Corporate Unit,providing a nurturing environment with genuine long-term progression prospects.For over thirty years, corporate deal-making has been at our core. The person
Oursuccessful candidate will ideally have 4+ years PQE and be a very personable,bright and confident individual. Having spent the early years of their careerlearning their craft, the successful candidate will be capable of producing anexcellent standard of work whilst supervising others in the team. Ourideal candidate will also enjoy marketing and business development activitiesand be eager to build a network of clients and advisers. They will be a robust individual and will havethe strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clientsat every level. They will thrive in a collaborative team environment and willwork effectively with colleagues, clients and advisers. Excellent communicationskills are essential.
