The Role
The coordinators are key essential in driving our talent attraction strategies, supporting an effective recruitment process. Through building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, our Coordinators aim to find the best talent in the market.
This is a hybrid opportunity and requires onsite presence: 3 days/week Client site.
Key Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding.
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders.
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
Skills & Experience
Must haves:
- Experience in recruitment coordination / administration
- Hands-on ATS experience (CV screening, scheduling, offers, onboarding updates)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience producing reports within deadlines
- Good stakeholder communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to work to process
- MS Office proficiency
Nice to haves:
- Experience with pre-employment screening / vendors
- RPO or shared services environment experience
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments
