Team Manager - Residential Conveyancing
Location: Swansea
Salary: Competetive
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm as a Team Manager within their thriving Residential Conveyancing department. This is a key leadership role overseeing a team of 9 Conveyancers and 2 Supervisors, supporting the delivery of high-quality client service and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing team.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing support and development.
  • Ensure the team meets individual and collective KPIs and service level agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, guidance, and team support.
  • Monitor workflows and resource allocation to maintain consistent progress and client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a team within a conveyancing or legal environment.
  • Background in handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, etc.).
  • Qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive) or non-qualified with significant conveyancing expertise.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support team members to achieve their goals.
