DESCRIPTION
As a Control Tower Analyst, your goal will be to provide an excellent operational end to end 24/7 support in 3PL building across European External Fulfillment chain and to provide insightful and timely data-based insights. As a team we aim to provide the standardized and optimized process with frustration free communication. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and communicate at different levels. In this role you will have the chance to invent on behalf of our customers and to simplify our processes.
This position involves working in a rotating three-shift system, which may include Saturdays, Sundays, night shifts and on-call duty.
This position can be based in LTN4 or LTN1.
Key job responsibilities
Creating reports including extracting & transforming data from tables and loading it into tables with an optimized data structure.
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new resources.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and automate and enhance existing processes.
Learn and develop skill set in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
Understand how data/analytical frameworks and their work translate to business on ground.
Design innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-Advanced knowledge in MS Office - specially Excel
-Experience working with data
-Advanced proficiency in local language in both written and verbal communication (B2/C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)

SQL skills across multiple platforms such as Oracle, Redshift, and MySQL
Familiarity with Datanet/ ETL tools (internal)
Experience in dash-boarding using Tableue/PowerBI/Excel/PowerPivots.
Knowledge of scripting for automation (e.g., VB Script, Python, Perl, Ruby) is a plus
Good written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload.
