Integrated Control Centre Manager
Location: Birmingham Airport
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Reporting to Senior Operations Manager

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for safety, efficiency, and innovation? Swissport UK & I is looking for a Control Centre Manager to oversee our Integrated Control Centre (ICC), ensuring the smooth operation of 2,000 motorised Ground Support Equipment (GSE) assets across the network.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ICC team, including supervisors and agents.
- Oversee the analysis of telematics data and camera footage to identify operational and safety issues.
- Coordinate with airport operations, safety teams, and engineering teams to respond to incidents.
- Develop and implement response protocols for aircraft damage, GSE damage, speeding events, and other safety violations.
- Ensure compliance with Swissport UK and regulatory safety standards.
- Liaise with senior management to provide regular reports on incidents, trends, and preventative measures.
- Continuously improve ICC operations through technology and process optimization.
- Manage staffing levels, shift planning, and team development.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience in an operational control centre or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Telematics & Safety Monitoring Technologies to drive data-led decisions.
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills to collaborate effectively.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Abilities under pressure.
- Experience in Aviation, Logistics, or Transport Industries desirable.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed operational decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
