An exciting opportunity has arisen, as Deloitte Legal is growing its Contracts Transformation business. We aim to disrupt the legal market and contracting processes and as such, we want highly motivated individuals to help us achieve this goal.

You will deliver high-quality services in a challenging, dynamic, and growing marketplace. Acting as contract advisors for our clients. To do this, you will be expected to have appropriate experience in consulting and transformation so that you can deliver a high-quality service. You will manage complex projects based on your CLM processes and tools experience and be responsible for the profitability and productivity of them. You will focus also on continuous improvement of the services by the identification of potential risks and resolving them through innovative tools and methodology.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as it starts to grow and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved with business development and go to market approach.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales and the growth of Contracts service line - with a particular focus on CLM tech and related transformation;
  • Delivering process improvements strategies related to contract lifecycle management;
  • Understanding client expectations and translating into practical, implementable project objectives, which aim to provide integrated, total solutions;
  • Providing high quality, pragmatic, clear, and commercially focused advice;
  • Managing and advising stakeholders from across our clients' business;
  • Focusing primarily on delivering client work that will successfully meet and exceed client expectations and achieve engagement and program objectives;
  • Searching, analyzing, and reviewing information;
  • Supporting the implementation of contract lifecycle management software;
  • Supporting communication within project teams and with client stakeholders, maintaining and developing relationships at appropriate levels;
  • Supporting the maintenance of existing services and contributing to developing new services that anticipate and meet future customer needs;
  • Working with legal departments, procurement departments & contracts teams.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
