With significant capital investment secured and planning permission in place for rapid expansion, this business is on track to become a major force in the UK's energy transition.
You'll be at the heart of delivering complex EPC projects-including HV power systems, energy storage, and hydrogen infrastructure-acting as a key interface between Commercial, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are robust, compliant, and strategically aligned.
Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for subcontractors, consultants, and service providers, with a focus on NEC3 and NEC4 frameworks.
  • Coordinate contract matters across internal teams (Commercial, Legal, Procurement, and Project Delivery) and external advisors.
  • Ensure all contracts are commercially sound, legally compliant, and aligned with project delivery objectives.
  • Support procurement strategy, risk management, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and ensure governance procedures are followed.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk exposure, and best practice.
  • Drive improvements in contract management processes and systems.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience managing contracts within large-scale EPC infrastructure projects, ideally in the HV power or energy sector.
  • Deep understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and UK construction law.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Why This Role?

  • Join a high-growth IPP delivering nationally significant energy infrastructure.
  • Play a key role in shaping contract strategy for complex, high-value projects.
  • Be part of a collaborative, commercially focused team with real industry impact.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
