A well-established and growing residential design & build contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across South London and Surrey.

This is a confidential appointment due to ongoing growth and internal restructuring. Full company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.
The Role

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from pre-start through to completion
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Oversee contract administration, variations, and commercial performance
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with H&S, building regulations, and company procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within residential construction
• Strong background in refurbishments, extensions, and/or new-build housing
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid preferred
