Our customer, a wellness technology company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, reviewing, and tracking contracts, ensuring smooth contract operations, and liaising with internal teams such as sales and legal departments. This position requires strong administrative skills and extensive experience in contract management.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage contracts from various stakeholders.
- Document, redline, and track all incoming contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Create and implement a robust contract tracking system for efficient management and easy access.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and legal departments, to address contract queries and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor contract progress and escalate any issues or delays as needed to maintain project timelines.
Key Requirements (Must Haves):
- Strong administrative skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Extensive experience in managing, reviewing, and tracking contracts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple internal teams.
