About the role

As a Contracts Manager, you will be working as part of our contracts team, working with a variety of stakeholders to design & deliver traffic management projects. This is a wide-ranging role which involves maintaining positive relationships with clients & local authorities. AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Experience is required to succeed in this role.

Salary: Salary range is dependent on experience. You will also be required to be on the on-call rota.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00-17:30.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for our Contract Manager include;

  • To design and produce technical traffic management drawings
  • To project manage key clients sites.
  • To liaise with local authorities to obtain access to their networks
  • To work closely with our operations team across all depots.
  • Attending site meetings and surveys where necessary
  • Managing customer relations including resolving any queries

What good looks like:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and CONE Software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • An ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Drivers Licence with minimum or no points
