You'll be joining our growing Facilities & Property department.

• The role is permanent and full-time
• With flexible hybrid working arrangements, our Support Centre is based in Kearsley - M26 1GG
• Must be flexible to travel across the UK when needed as per role requirements - car allowance included & travel expenses paid
• This is a brand-new role in the department and will be a pivotal role in supporting with the implementation of our digital transformation
• With full autonomy in the role to transform the service by driving performance with our contractors

Your future, your role
As a Contactor Performance Manager you'll be:

• Working with our specialist teams to drive innovation and efficiency across all aspects of maintenance with respect of supplier engagement and interaction with the central Facilities team
• Supporting Contractor adherence to new system (IFS) processes to ensure successful implementation and transformation
• Working with the Head of Estate Transformation to ensure clear tendering processes and governance are in place
• Responsible for ensuring contractor costs are challenged and visible
• Actively managing the performance of all Facilities contractors, supporting with immediate escalations/service concerns
• Leading on tenders when required to retain competitive tension and drive value. Negotiating, preparing, and issuing contracts via DocuSign

Experience Required

• Extensive relevant property experience within a large, multi-site organisation
• A demonstrable and thorough knowledge of managing complex and numerous building projects, together with managing and implementing property maintenance, processes, and procedures
• Proven track record of leading, developing, and inspiring skilled teams to achieve continuous improvement
