Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (contract)
Location: London Hybrid. Travel to the London office on an adhoc basis

The Role
We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to partner one or more of the Audit & Assurance business units. You will lead on various strategic people initiatives, working in collaboration with Senior Partners to develop, deliver and embed business strategy and organisational change. You will bring sound judgement and fresh ideas to the table across a variety of HR projects and programmes within the business. Supporting the building of a strong, diverse talent pipeline, you will s hare knowledge and insights with the wider HR community to shape business goals and ensure goals are aligned with firm-wide strategy.
Essential Skills and Experience
- An experienced Business Partner at Senior Manager or equivalent level with proven record in core HR competencies and exposure to associated risks.
- Demonstrate successful delivery of HR and people related activities including, performance, reward, promotion, talent identification and succession planning.
- Knowledge of change management, organisational design, employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, talent analytics and management, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Experience of creating compelling proposals and business cases that articulate recommendations and actions
- Have a client-centred approach with experience of working in a highly commercial environment ideally within Financial Services or a Regulated industry
- Experience of operating with a COE model and manage relationships to deliver large scale projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills - communicate, influence, coach and positively challenging senior stakeholders.
- Analytical skills - interpret data, identify trends and make quick decisions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment.
Desirable:
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with evidence of further education would be beneficial (not essential).
Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Lead FS audit through mid year reviews and preparation for year end performance reviews.
- Participate in a working group aligned to a people priority for A&A helping to shape the design and then delivery and implementation.
- Deliver a talent pipeline for senior grades for the next few years through talent assessment
