WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Leading daily operational activity alongside the onsite operations team and working closely with the customer to ensure KPIs, safety measures and service expectations are consistently met.
- Driving a Safety First culture by reviewing incident reports, ensuring corrective actions are completed, and coaching teams on behavioural-based safety practices.
- Reviewing site financials, overtime spend, labour planning and volume forecasts to ensure operational efficiency and budget alignment.
- Meeting with customers to review SLA performance, discuss improvement opportunities and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Leading leadership activities such as talent development, coaching, performance management and succession planning across multiple reporting layers.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, validating project benefits and presenting site performance and priorities in monthly leadership meetings.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to effectively support communication with our international customer base.
- A strong background in operational logistics, capable of thriving in high-pressure, high-volume settings while maintaining both short-term operational performance and long-term strategic focus.
- Are confident leaders who can inspire, challenge, and develop teams while maintaining high operational standards.
- Excel at building strong customer relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Enjoy solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement across processes, people, and performance.
- Are commercially minded and comfortable making decisions backed by data, financials, and operational KPIs.
