Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm (No Evenings, Weekends or Bank Holidays)

Job Purpose

The role of Implementation Contract Manageris really important to us. You will be responsible for building and sustaining a first-class relationship with our subcontracting network by managing the day-to-day relationships, Key KPI's and contractual SLA's. The role will cover all our subcontracting network throughout the UK & Ireland.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (International Travel will be required within the Business needs)

Your responsibilities day to day will be...

• Ownership of the Day to Day relationship with the subcontracting networks
• Management of the MSA agreements with each subcontracting network
• Ownership of the Key KPI's & SLA's and reporting into the Business
• Act as the escalation point of contact into the subcontracting network from all Radius offices (UK & Ire)
• Being responsible for supporting all channels of customer SME, Corporate & Project
• You have been responsible for the delivery of improvements in terms of strategy, systems, processes and training

What do we expect of you?

• You have 3+ years of real-world professional experience with large-volume implementations.
• Have real world experience or working with, managing 3rd party installation companies.
• You have a record of success in client-facing deployments (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/projects).
• You have the ability to effectively manage priorities, deliver on time, and communicate effectively internally and with customers.
• You are willing and able to hold a level 3 police clearance.
• You are a self-starter who wants to get things done, can be relied on, and creates an environment where people can excel with the customer front and centre.
