Contract Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Location: London
Hours: Monday to Friday

An established facilities management contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of contracts across the London area. This is a key client-facing role, responsible for ensuring service excellence, commercial performance, and strong long-term client relationships.

The Role

• Manage and oversee multiple FM contracts across London.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
• Oversee operational delivery, including engineers, subcontractors, and service partners.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and commercial performance across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and contract growth.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld across all sites.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager within facilities management.
• Strong understanding of hard FM services (M&E, building services).
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially astute with strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
