Salary: £60,000 per annum, £550 per month car allowance plus annual bonus
Location: Hybrid - Otterbourne, Hampshire (SO21 2EA)
This role offers hybrid working arrangements, with travel required to various locations across Hampshire. The primary office is based in Otterbourne, with flexibility to work remotely.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage and oversee contracts while identifying growth opportunities and maximising returns
- Lead contract performance and compliance for Waste Disposal and HWRC contracts, ensuring all contractual KPIs are met
- Represent the company at contract management meetings and various Project Integra forums, acting as the key liaison with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee financial aspects including annual reconciliations, profit share agreements, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Manage and analyse waste flow mapping to inform contract performance and provide strategic direction on waste disposal options
- Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and health & safety requirements while delivering the highest standard of service
What we're looking for:
Essential
- Proven contract management experience
- Experience in financial analysis and budget management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (demonstrated through required interaction with multiple internal/external contacts)
- Knowledge of waste management operations and compliance requirements
Desirable
- Experience in waste disposal and recycling center operations
- Understanding of environmental legislation and compliance
- Experience in managing and developing team members
