About the Role
Working within our Contracts team, you'll source market-leading products and services for specific regions, ensuring they meet the needs of schools planning curriculum-led and enrichment-based tours. You'll also monitor the commercial performance of destinations and products, using data and insights to maximize opportunities and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with suppliers, collaborate across teams, and travel overseas to promote our brand and experience the products first-hand. It's your chance to combine a love of travel with your commercial acumen to make a real impact.
About the Skills, Knowledge, and Experience We're After
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in procuring products and services within travel, ideally group travel for ski and tours in Europe or North America.
- A strong understanding of health and safety requirements, with safeguarding knowledge for travel products.
- Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to work within financial guidelines and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of the schools' travel marketplace and a good understanding of our customers.
- A passion for travel and the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Fluency in another European language, preferably French.
- A clean driving license, as you will visit overseas suppliers, including locations inaccessible by public transport.

Work Arrangements
The position is full time and based in our central Brighton office with the opportunity for hybrid working following our initial onboarding period. You will be required to work overseas from time to time.
