Contract Delivery Manager

Your New Role

  • To undertake and support the management & delivery in Operations for the Ipsum Power (Licensed Networks) Ltd.
  • Set and implement standards for offices to ensure business is delivered productively and safely adhering to legislation and maintaining compliance.
  • Be proactive in approach and drive leadership to regional offices.
  • Be instrumental in delivering best practice and strategies to ensure resource planning model is effective for underpinning future business.
  • Investigate future new business opportunities whilst maintaining a focus on retaining existing clients and customer business.
  • Work with client and staff to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
  • Assist in ensuring that offices and systems contained within are maintained properly in accordance with current legislation and records maintained to ensure Statutory Compliance
  • To carry out regular assessments / personal appraisals of all direct reports
  • Drive business to increase financial profit, whilst meeting business targets & Objectives including control of
  • Support recruitments in line with Company policy and business operating model
  • Ensure the companies policy statements are operated & adhered to

About You

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Experience of operating in a commercial, multi-divisional organisation.
  • General knowledge of current DNO Networks.
  • Solid and up to date knowledge of statutory requirements, legislation, and technical advances.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety practice and Risk management
  • Commercial / contractual awareness including forms of contract
  • Previous experience working within an operational role.
  • Remains calm under pressure with a balanced approach and can command respect.
  • Can communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Good time management and with an ability to plan strategically.
  • Will pursue high standards, recognise improvement opportunities, and learn from experience.
  • Takes a personal pride in making improvements.
