Continuous Improvement Programme Manager (MHLDA)

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
- To provide leadership and improvement expertise to teams to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient programmes to drive continuous improvements in healthcare service delivery via the MHLDA Programme and other specific improvement projects
- Provide expert advice on improvement methodologies, specifically on the effective use of data to drive improvement within the MHLDA Programme
- Provide robust project management to the Trustwide MHLDA Programme and projects
- Overseeing the activity and progress of teams - this includes analysis of complex, multi-factorial data emerging from teams using coaching and influencing techniques to effect positive change.
- Develop and deliver clear project plans using known project management tools to ensure the complex programme delivers the outcomes required and to time.
- The post holder will provide monthly reports for program/project boards and senior leaders on the delivery of the program and specific programs of work
- Monitoring the delivery of the program to ensure the key measures and aims of the programme are met and making recommendations to address issues/challenges to implementation.

- Project management or change management qualification or equivalent experience
Qualifications/Experience

- Educated to post graduate master's level or equivalent experience
- Lean, QSIR, Six-Sigma, MFI or other continuous improvement related qualification

- Experience of applying continuous improvement methodology at multiple levels within an organisation
