About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Continuous Improvement Manager to lead strategic change across our branch network. This field-based role will be pivotal in delivering projects that optimize systems and processes, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency, improving margins, and reducing costs.

As a key driver of continuous improvement, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, plan, and implement solutions that enhance our branch operations-all while keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve end-to-end processes using Lean Thinking principles
• Manage multiple projects with clear, structured timelines and tight deadlines
• Communicate complex project plans in a simple and engaging way-visually, verbally, and digitally
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Lead strategic continuous improvement initiatives that align with business goals
• Direct and influence cross-functional teams to implement changes effectively
• Measure success by analysing results and providing formal business updates
• Conduct on-site visits to assess best practices, support system rollouts, and monitor implementation
