DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments.
• Assist in defining the Operational Management System (OMS).
• Coordinate and implement process control strategies to enhance operations, minimize downtime, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost-saving goals.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement among employees.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives using data-driven metrics.
• Assist the control room in managing daily planning, overseeing processes for management and colleagues, as well as coordinating holiday planning.

• Proven experience in a continuous improvement role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
