About Us:

NRS Healthcare is a leading provider of community equipment, wheelchair services, and assistive technology solutions. Our mission is to improve people's quality of life and independence by supporting healthcare professionals and delivering innovative solutions.

Role Purpose:

The Continuous Improvement Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring NRS Healthcare's services adopt a continual improvement approach. Developing and implementing change management plans will be essential to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices. You will provide training and support to employees to facilitate smooth transitions and sustained improvements.

Finally, you will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of improvement initiatives. Regular reviews and audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with new processes and identify further opportunities for improvement.
