Your next role: As a skilled Content Marketing Manager you will support our marketing initiatives with high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and investor relations.

In this role, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and managing high-quality content that educates, engages, and converts audiences across multiple channels. From whitepapers and ebooks for partner engagement to SEO-driven blogs, healthcare insights, thought leadership articles, and investor communications, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand narrative. You will position our multi-disciplinary primary care and wellbeing services, digital products, and clinical pathways to both consumers, business buyers, and investors.

You will also work closely with sales, customer success, product, and investor relations teams to create content that supports sales enablement, customer education, and investor engagement.

Annual salary banding: £42,000-£47,000 per annum based on full time (37.5 hours)

This role is part time, 22.5 hours (0.6FTE)

This role is Hybrid and would require occasional travel to our London office

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality, engaging content including whitepapers, industry reports, ebooks, blogs, and healthcare insights to drive awareness, engagement, and investor confidence.
  • Develop investor-focused content such as company news, quarterly reports, shareholder updates, and investment presentations.
  • Create SEO-optimised blog posts to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Write customer-focused web content that enhances the online experience and drives conversion.
  • Develop compelling copy for partner engagement and nurturing prospects.
  • Create engaging healthcare insights and trend reports, making complex topics accessible to diverse audiences, including investors.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone of voice-trustworthy, clear, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with the investor relations team to craft messaging that effectively communicates company performance, strategy, and market positioning.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and engagement metrics.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years' experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills-with a portfolio to showcase your work.
  • Experience creating content for B2B and B2C audiences, preferably in healthcare or lifestyle sectors.
  • Ability to translate complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
  • SEO knowledge and experience writing for digital channels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience in investor relations content is a strong plus.
