Become the authentic on-camera face of a mission-driven platform helping low-opportunity students reach top universities and careers. You will handle end-to-end short-form video production to spark genuine participation and belonging within our Gen Z community. This role blends creative storytelling with social impact to transform how students view their future.

What you will do:

• Manage the full video lifecycle, from creative ideation and scripting to filming and high-quality editing using tools like CapCut and native social editors.
• Build and nurture a highly engaged community by fostering participation through challenges, member stories, and relatable, peer-to-peer communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align trending content with real-world scholarship opportunities, career campaigns, and student success milestones.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of building an organic audience (5k-100k followers) with a deep understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and Gen Z digital culture.
• Exceptional on-camera confidence with a natural, authentic presence and the ability to speak to students as a peer rather than a marketer.
• Technical proficiency in mobile-first editing tools and a strong interest in social mobility, education, or the creator economy landscape.
