How you'll make a difference: We work tirelessly to support and develop our colleagues so they can efficiently deliver an excellent customer experience to our savings and mortgage members. What will you bring to the role?

  • You will have worked in a Contact Centre environment with experience of leading and managing people leaders and their teams. Your inspirational and supportive management style will drive positive engagement, with an ability to coach and develop high performing teams
  • A passion for customer service and experience of successfully delivering against departmental targets in a challenging environment
  • An ability to have the right conversations with stakeholders, positively influence and constructively challenge colleagues up to Senior Leadership level
  • An ability to measure, analyse, evaluate, and focus on what matters
  • An ability to push forward, identify when change is necessary and successfully implement and drive innovative change initiatives to drive better outcomes
  • A curiosity for our industry, networking, sharing best practice, and turning ideas into reality
  • Can demonstrate effective judgement and decision making in a real time environment
