Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consulting Manager to lead and expand our Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) - Consulting portfolio in UKI for the Life Sciences (LS) industry based out of Benelux region. This role requires a strong balance of consulting delivery expertise, sales acumen and a deep understanding of process and operations consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving complex consulting engagements, business growth and positioning the organization as a trusted partner for digital transformation and automation initiatives in the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Consulting Delivery:
- Play a pivotal role in process consulting initiatives within LS industry to analyze, redesign, and enhance end-to-end business processes optimizing processes and delivering cutting-edge solutions.
- Lead the delivery of complex IPA engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with client objectives.
- Design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions, including RPA, AI, and workflow tools.
- Collaborate with clients to define and execute operations consulting projects, driving efficiency, cost savings, and business transformation.
- Manage project teams, ensuring resource optimization, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and win new IPA consulting opportunities.
- Supporting generation and managing a sales pipeline by engaging with senior client stakeholders.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to craft compelling proposals, business cases, and value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Foster long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth, cross-sell opportunities, and repeat engagements.
- Track industry trends and develop go-to-market strategies for IPA, process consulting, and operations consulting offerings.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Act as a key contributor to the IPA practice's strategic direction, including developing new service offerings and delivery frameworks across Automation, Consulting and Analytics portfolios.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, marketing, and technology) to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, webinars, and client events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Domain Expertise:
This role requires expertise in Commercial domain in the Life Sciences industry focused on Operations, Customer strategies and business process automation requiring a good understanding of the LS market. You will need to identify opportunities to leverage automation technologies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve delivery.
Skills and Experience:
- Academic with a master's degree, preferably in business administration, data analytics or information technology/science.
- Minimum of good years experience in consultancy focussing on Digital Transformation and Digital Process optimisation roles in commercial space in the LS industry.
- Proven track record of implementing successful digital transformation, Omni-Channel and automation programmes within the LS Industry.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and GxP.
- Experience in enterprise-wide deployments of process excellence and delivery methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience of leading AI and Gen-AI initiatives in LS industry to enable efficiencies.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to produce high quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive the automation agenda.
- Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance.
- Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused.
- Confident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environment.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
