About Ogilvy:

Our vision is to inspire brands and people to impact the world. To create big ideas that make a significant contribution to the planet, society, and the bottom line. We believe in today's world this is the best way for our clients to achieve sustainable growth. We achieve this by breaking down the barriers that restrict talent and ideas.

Which is why our teams work fluidly across 5 capabilities: Advertising, Consulting, Experience, PR & Influencer, and Health. This allows us to not only operate but innovate at the intersection of capabilities and talent. We believe impact and magic lies at this intersection. Ogilvy scales this by seamlessly connecting and accessing the deep cultural expertise of 132 offices in 83 countries.

The result is multifaceted ideas for our clients that drive impact and are born from the intersection of platform x culture x technology.

We call this Borderless Creativity.

Ogilvy was ranked the number one UK agency at D&AD and was the only UK agency to win a Glass Lions at Cannes. Ogilvy was also nominated network of the year in Cannes Lions, Campaign, Effie Awards EMEA, London International Awards, The One Show and WARC Rankings.

In 2022, Ogilvy was the most creatively awarded agency globally - including the most awarded agency at the Clio Awards, DMA Awards, Influencer Marketing Awards, London International Awards and The One Show.

Ogilvy UK's PR practice won large agency of the year at the PR Week awards. And our Consulting practice was in the Forbes 2022 list of best management consultancy firms.

Ogilvy Consulting:

Ogilvy Consulting is the Business Transformation, Brand Strategy and Innovation consultancy within the Ogilvy Group. We help clients including Nestlé, Facebook, HSBC and LEGO answer tough questions about how to grow through business transformation, brand strategy and innovation platforms. We are now in our seventh year in the UK and EMEA and have just been named a Financial Times UK leading Management Consultancy for the sixth consecutive year.

Our Consulting Directors bring unique blends of creative thinking, strategic depth, and analytical rigour. They're broad thinkers with specialisms that help clients drive business and customer growth through successful set up and activation of Business Transformation programmes. With hands-on experience in Marketing Transformation, Change Management and Business Design, they are growth advisors to business leaders and are just as strong in researching and framing solutions as they are in presenting them.

The Business Transformation practice knows that as companies strive to adapt to fast-changing market conditions and take on ambitious growth and value goals, many find elements of their current organisations (propositions, capabilities, structures, processes, platforms, governance) are not optimised for future-facing success. Moreover, there are many companies finding that their current organisations are not optimised to deliver against their current objectives. We work with and inside businesses to help prioritise and design future-fit Target Operating Models, and develop incremental roadmaps to help them achieve it, while building resilience in the short term. We design out silos, complexity, and old-guard culture, while working with clients to design new structures, including the necessary governance, cultural change management, and/or employee experience that revitalises the company to drive impact.

Ogilvy Consulting is different from other consultancies. We are nestled in the heart of a large world-leading creative agency and pride ourselves on bridging strategy and execution. We're also organised differently, with a flat hierarchy designed to provide opportunities for big contributions by team members of all levels and fantastic exposure to clients and their businesses. Aside from Business Transformation, we also have a practice dedicated to Brand & Innovation, Sustainability, and the largest Behavioural Science group in any UK agency or consultancy.
