KPMG is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Marketing Enablement Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through complex marketing transformations, driving impactful change, and delivering measurable results. This role will focus on marketing enablement, empowering our clients to leverage technology and best practices to optimise their marketing operations and achieve their business goals.

In this client facing role, you will use our pre-built assets, robust methodology and technology alliances to enable greater speed to value for our clients and support us in growing our revenue stream and Practice now and for the long term.

Whilst we anticipate continuing to work in a hybrid model, sharing working days between the KPMG office and home, this role may require travelling within the UK or abroad to meet specific client demands.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and shape marketing transformation strategies: Work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand their business vision, develop strategic roadmaps, and implement solutions that drive sustainable marketing growth.
  • Marketing enablement thought leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader on marketing enablement, providing expert guidance on process optimisation, technology adoption, data management, and content creation.
  • Technology innovation: Deep understanding of the latest marketing technology landscape, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and emerging technologies. Ability to guide clients in selecting, implementing, and integrating these tools to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Data-driven decision making: Lead the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, measure the impact of initiatives, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Content strategy and execution: Collaborate with clients to develop and execute compelling content strategies, including marketing materials, website content, and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement: Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and securing buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Business development and client relationship management: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

What will you need to do it?

  • From a consulting, marketing, technology services or industry-based background with experience of designing, building and delivering marketing enablement solutions
  • Marketing and e-commerce expertise with the ability to leverage leading practice to turn customer data into actionable strategies and optimise customer engagement
  • Support long--term commercial growth across channels and create innovative and future-focussed end-to-end ecommerce strategies
  • Ability to articulate the value of the customer centric business functions to a non-technical audience.
  • Uses a unique perspective to solve complex problems.
  • Experience leading workstreams and associated deliverables for internal or external clients
  • Experience of managing direct reports and/or project team
