Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

About the Opportunity

Due to the ongoing growth of our well-established UK team we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Consultants Team Manager to join our Customer Experience Team. We are in search of an experienced manager who can lead a team to deliver an excellent customer experience throughout our implementation process.

You don't need to be a software expert but you should feel confident in leading a team of experts and have extensive experience of managing a customer-focused team. You will be proficient with technology and possess both excellent customer experience and well-honed people management skills.

In this role you will be responsible for the effective delivery of consultancy to implement Webexpenses solutions to our customers. This position will include taking a proactive role in raising the skills level of the team, to assist our business in reaching strategic goals. You will be expected to lead, manage, coach and inspire your team to drive operational excellence.

You will do this by:

  • Leading, managing, coaching and inspiring your team through every day interactions.
  • Creating an effective partnership and working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting and driving initiatives that will deliver on both our long-term strategic plans and our short term objectives.
  • Ensuring the quality production and output of Webexpenses solutions.
  • Supporting Implementation Consultants through the escalation of technical issues where appropriate.
  • Developing and documenting appropriate processes associated with the implementation of Webexpenses solutions.
  • Creating an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
  • Facilitating problem solving and collaboration.
  • Providing and maintaining a high level of service, with a professional representation of the company at all times.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will have:

  • People management experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer facing environment within a B2B setting.
  • Familiarity with implementing SaaS solutions.
  • Experience of business application deployment cycles.
  • Familiarity with finance or an understanding of financial software is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
