HR organizations now reduce costs and improve operating effectiveness through process improvements, shared services, outsourcing and employee self-service, but that's only part of the story, we help them to drive the value this delivers and help the business achieve its strategic objectives in performance and growth.

The Eightfold team provides design, implementation, and ongoing sustainment and optimization of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Flex, Resource Management, Talent Design and Planning.

Work you'll do

Support the functional design, configuration and implementation/deployment in Eightfold. This role will require in-depth knowledge and experience in the implementation of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform with Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, Talent Flex, Talent Exchange, Resource Management. Responsibilities include creating and translating business functional requirements into technical requirements and solution development. The Consultant or Senior Consultant will also lead design of interfaces, testing plans, and test scripts, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements while applying industry best practices.

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, what might you be doing?

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct data requirement gathering sessions/workshops focused on data mapping, data transformation and planning with the functional lead, technical team(s), and client stakeholders
• Work closely with functional lead, technical architect and client to support the technology solution architecture through applying data architecture principles
• Lead and support the configuration of Eightfold's Talent Intelligence Platform, including the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management modules
• Design and implement data migration and integration solutions that support the successful delivery of the proposed technical solution using JSON and XML
• Support data integrations through APIs
• Support data integration ETL using Python when needed
• Enforce sound data migration and integration best practices to ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
• Work collaboratively and have very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking
• Develop and/or lead project data consultants to develop end-to-end data migration/integration scripts used in one-time migrations, delta loading migrations, ongoing integrations
• Perform and/or lead necessary unit testing on configuration and developed data scripts
• Complete data related technical documentation necessary for successful project closure

Requirements

• Experience supporting and leading on Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform implementations
• Experience with technical implementations of Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or other SaaS and enterprise grade on premise HRIS/ATS systems/solutions is a plus
• Strong knowledge of service orientated architecture design principles, common integration design patterns, experience with common scripting languages like Python, SQL, JSON and ETL methods
• Experience with integration technologies such as EDI, Web Services, XML, Java, .Net,
• Ability to debug technical data issues, troubleshoot APIs, and perform root cause analysis
• Experience supporting recruiting or talent management system a plus
• Experience analyzing and transforming ATS data a plus
• Strong interpersonal skill with ability to build authentic business relationships and collaboratively solve challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
