Job Description: Our client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Director to lead their projects within the £250k - £10M range. This is a pivotal role that will oversee the entire construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the project team to achieve exceptional performance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Director or similar senior role within the D&B fit out sector.
- Strong track record of managing projects within the £250k - £10M range.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
