What you'll be doing

The purpose of this role is t o oversee and manage all aspects of complex work packages or sections, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring quality and safety
standards are met.

You'll be responsible for providing leadership to construction teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Who we're looking for

The successful candidate will have the following skills, experience, knowledge:

  • Effective communication to manage customer relationships, in addition to
    planning and organisation skills to deliver operational excellence and
    efficiency;
  • Effective leadership skills;
  • Ability to improve safety and sustainability performance;
  • Detailed understanding of construction techniques, methodologies and
    management principles;
  • Knowledge of Budgeting and cost control with financial awareness of
    delivery targets;
  • Detailed understanding of scheduling and programme management. Short-
    term planning for the overall construction programme;
  • Experience in leading and developing a small single-disciplinary team;
  • Previous Construction Management experience within the relevant industry
    is required;
  • Involvement in developing and executing work package budgets;
  • Experience with work package scheduling and timeline management;
  • Experience with regulatory agencies and ensuring compliance with
    regulations and standards.
