Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring all activities align with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure seamless execution of the fit-out.
• Implement rigorous quality control and health & safety protocols, upholding the highest industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, from the design team to the client, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Manage project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in managing high-value commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
