Villa Park isn't just home to thrilling football matches-it's also a premier venue for conferences, weddings, and corporate events. As our Conference & Events Operations Manager, you'll lead the charge in ensuring every event, from intimate meetings to grand celebrations, runs seamlessly.

  • Lead Event Operations: Oversee the planning, setup, and delivery of a variety of events, ensuring every detail is perfect
  • Inspire and Motivate: Manage, train, and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their visions are brought to life
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency, maintain budgets, and hit performance targets without compromising quality
  • Continuous Improvement: Review processes and identify ways to enhance the guest and client experience
  • Champion Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations

About you:
