DESCRIPTION
Transform the future of logistics safety as a Compliance Manager on Amazon Shipping's Compliance team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance safety and quality standards across our shipping network. You'll develop innovative compliance programs, that support our customers to meet amazons high bar for safety, with a customer obsessed approach.
As an individual contributor, you'll analyze complex data to identify trends, implement proactive safety measures, and build scalable solutions that protect both our shipping partners and front-line associates. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, adaptability, and a passion for operational excellence.

- Develop and implement innovative strategies to identify, capture, and proactively address safety and quality defects in the supply chain
- Analyze data and trends to continuously improve compliance processes and outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate compliance initiatives into broader business strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- - Experience in internal audit and risk management or equivalent
- - Strong track record of implementing process improvements and safety programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SQL and Excel
- Experience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
