Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

What you'll do

The Compliance Advisory Manager will be responsible for supporting the Senior Compliance Advisory Manager with the delivery of a robust compliance framework to meet our FCA regulatory obligations. The Compliance Advisory Manager will also promote and drive our culture to deliver good customer outcomes.
• Ensure we have a robust compliance framework in place
• Provide support and guidance to the 1st line on FCA compliance requirements including providing check and challenge.
• Support, when required, with FCA requests including identifying areas of concern and following up.
• Provide advice and guidance on internal FCA related Policies to the 1st line including identification of breaches.
• Support the design of relevant training on FCA regulatory obligations to all staff.
• Support the delivery of the FCA Horizon Scanning process.
• Engage regularly with Compliance Monitoring colleagues to advise on upcoming regulatory change, compliance interpretation of existing regulation and future changes as well as internal FCA related Policies.
• Manage ad hoc activities including projects as required.

Who you are
• Experience and knowledge of financial services is highly desirable.
• Relevant 2nd line Compliance experience.
• Understanding of governance, experience in FCA compliance deliverable programmes & risk management.
• Strong analytical, written and communication skills, including Microsoft Office tools.
• A willingness to learn, be flexible and adaptable to change, positive outlook and an appetite to succeed.
• Strong interpersonal skills to ensure successful engagement with colleagues.
