The role of Compliance Manager will involve keeping track of emerging rules, understanding their impact, and guiding the business to implement them effectively. Working closely with the first line of defence, acting as both a trusted advisor and a helpful challenger. Meaning support will be offered when needed, but also question practices, identify any gaps, and ensure the business takes the right steps to meet regulatory requirements and serve our members well.
