About the job

If you are organised, have a keen eye for detail, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and building relationships across a large and diverse organisation, then this role could be a good fit.

You would be working alongside the wider Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams, being a group of experienced professionals, which support RSM by proactively resolving legal, regulatory and risk management matters, to protect the business, drive commercial improvements and contribute to its continued success.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the International Independence Team
  • Maintaining the InTrust system and manage users
  • Acknowledging the receipt of InTrust notifications submitted via Citadel, the Client Engagement system and check details are correct on notifications
  • Checking, editing and removing entities from InTrust
  • Liaising with service line teams to resolve any queries
  • Answering ad hoc queries received from service lines regarding InTrust procedures
  • Supporting with the logging and processing of inbound conflict checks from the RSM Network
  • Assisting with ad hoc project work throughout the year

  • Well organised with drive and enthusiasm
  • A quick learner who is willing to adapt and acquire new skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • An aptitude for systems-related work such as data collation, analysis and processing and query resolution
  • Can coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks whilst working to meet deadlines
  • Be proactive and motivated, displaying a positive attitude
