Compliance and Business Assurance Manager

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 FTE DOE
Location: Birmingham, UK (Hybrid remote)
The Role:
You will be accountable for establishing and ensuring compliant processes within Good Growth, striving to simplify, automate, outsource and standardise as much of these as you can. You'll be acting as a project manager to bring all these elements together, harnessing technology and outsourced expertise to maintain a good state of compliance and deliver continuous improvements.
The person suitable for this role could could from many different backgrounds, what is most important is a passion for compliance in a technology business, knowledge of what good looks like and a person who can bring all of us on a journey to get there. We know some people are less likely to apply for a role unless they are 100% qualified, however the reality is that our perfect candidate may only meet a proportion of these boxes. - Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office suite and a high level of expertise in evaluating and learning new software tools, specifically SaaS products.
- Availability for travel to Supplier and Team meetings when required.
- Good current knowledge of IS27001 and GDPR standards.
- Relevant Qualifications.
