Completions Manager - Corporate Lending

This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders including Portfolio Managers, Underwriters, Legal and Financial Crime teams. Operating a key control to ensure the smooth closing and fulfilment of corporate lending deals. The Completion Manager ensures that Together's corporate lending is efficiently managed, providing senior operational sign off as compliant with both internal and external requirements prior to disbursement.

As a Completions Manager, we are looking for someone to:

• Oversee the preparation, review, and completion of loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Coordinate with Case Managers, Solicitors and Underwriters to ensure a seamless process from loan approval to completion agreeing key completion dates
• Work closely with the Group Valuations Team to escalate for internal review
• Ensure all loan transactions comply with Lending standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice. Identifying any potential risks or discrepancies during the completion process and work with relevant teams to address
• Track conditions precedent and subsequent to loan disbursement, ensuring all necessary actions are completed before funds are released
• Work with operations and servicing teams to ensure loan disbursement and repayment schedules or any post-funding amendments are properly established in the system
• Identify areas for improvement in the completion process and implement best practice to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

Essential

• Experience in corporate lending, loan operations, or a similar role in Financial Services
• Strong understanding of corporate lending products, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing large, complex loan transactions and working with multiple stakeholders
