About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support our HR initiatives and ensure our reward policies are aligned with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Administer C&B programs and conduct market benchmarking for roles.
  • Prepare business cases for salary increases and verify bonus accruals.
  • Facilitate annual salary and bonus reviews and oversee payroll system implementations.

Benefits Management:

  • Implement competitive benefit policies and maintain benefit databases.
  • Communicate benefit structures and conduct vendor assessments.
  • Support annual review and renewal of insurance and benefit contracts.

Performance Management:

  • Administer performance management processes and ensure global consistency.
  • Train managers and employees on setting objectives and using the system.
  • Monitor performance management queries and support rating calibrations.

MyHR Support:

  • Ensure compliance with data quality audits and act as Regional Data Champion.
  • Attend MyHR Program calls and respond to reporting requests.
  • Support the implementation of global MyHR initiatives across Europe.

About you

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, business management, human resources, or related field.
  • Formal qualification in Compensation & Benefits (preferred).
  • Relevant experience can substitute for formal qualifications.
  • Experience with Compensation and Benefits in an international environment.
  • Experience with global HRIS systems (SAP Success Factors preferred).
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, trends, and practices.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation practices and C&B surveys/benchmarking.
  • Advanced numerical skills and data analytics.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
