Working with internal teams, partners, and the Community Safety Insight Group, you'll drive safe, thriving communities and continuous service improvement.

The role is on a hybrid model with the successful candidate being based from home, our Northampton based office and when required supporting their team out in the field.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage a remote team of Community Safety Officers, ensuring high performance and professional handling of customer reports.
  • Provide a comprehensive, customer-focused community safety service, addressing anti-social behaviour (ASB), hate crime, and domestic abuse.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners to deliver coordinated and comprehensive services.
  • Participate in policy reviews, strategic projects, and service improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Sage Homes' ASB Policy and Procedures.
  • Meet defined operational measures and performance metrics, reporting to the Head of Resident Services and other leadership teams.
  • Work with the Community Safety Insight Group to harness customer feedback and improve services, ensuring customer voices are heard and acted upon

About you

  • Proven experience in managing customer-facing services, ASB case management, and partnership working at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks, including the ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with the community, lead a multidisciplinary team, and employ creative problem-solving approaches.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a genuine desire to support customers and improve community safety.
  • Ability to work at pace with competing deadlines, manage change effectively, and maintain high standards of performance.

We are committed to ensuring you have the best career here at Sage. As well as regular support and guidance from your manager you can expect to receive a variety of learning and development opportunities to support you as you grow within our business. This includes internally and externally delivered development programmes and opportunities to study for professional accreditations and qualifications.
